Kim Elsner is a PADI Course Director, the highest level of instructor you can earn. She first got introduced to scuba diving over 20 years ago and fell in love with the sport and oceans. Kim has been an instructor for over 10 years and has certified over 2000 students in all levels from basic Scuba Diver to Instructors. She focuses on safety above all else while keeping the training fun. Kim is dedicated to help you succeed. If you want to be a diver, she will get you there.

Jeff Zaring is a PADI Master Instructor. Despite being raised in the high desert mountains of Northern Nevada, he developed a passion for the oceans and protecting the creatures that call the ocean their home. He became a SCUBA Diver at age 14 and went on to become a Diving Instructor by age 19. He has certified over 1000 students in various courses from beginners to professionals from the West coast of California to the East coast and in the Caribbean. In 2014 he became a published author of a book highlighting the appropriate interactions with Sea creatures. In 2017 he moved to the USVI’s where he worked as an IDC staff Instructor, a Scientific Diver on a coral reef restoration project and earned his 100 ton Captains license. In 2025 he returned to the West coast of California to join Kim in their united mission to share this amazing underwater world and guide those exceptional individuals who desire to experience the wonders of the underwater world through positive aquatic interactions.
